At VMAX For One, we offer a unique approach to learning through our Creative Arts Programs. Our goal is to help each student develop their own form of self-expression through the arts.
The Art Of Fashion
VMAX “For One Community” Inc. Youth Creative Arts “Art of Fashion Program” is dedicated to teaching all youth, including youth with intellectual disabilities, life skills through the mastery of training, developing, and building character of upcoming Fashion Runway Models, Fashion Designers, Retail Visual Merchandising, Learning Character in the Fashion Industry.
Across this Country the Creative Arts and Cultural Industry Organizations provide Programs in mentoring and teaching our youth, regardless of their targeted living areas and backgrounds.

To provide a venue in which this Educational and Mentoring program will teach, Self Esteem, Self-Respect, Etiquette, Grooming, Discipline, Time Management, Build Confidence and explore their inner creative skills in a Safe and Organized Atmosphere.
Creative Arts is the creative work of a human being, a form of expressing themselves and an act of making something visuallyentertaining.
About Us
VMAX was established as a 501 (c) (3) on August 17, 2017. The vision of this organization is to serve and offer mentoring and education classes through our Creative Arts Programs. Our goal is to assist each student with an ideal way of developing a form of expressing themselves through Creative Arts.
This Creative Arts Program consist of a six month class module of Runway Modeling, Fashion Design, Retail Visual Merchandising and The Line Art of Fashion for youths and young adults in Lake County and the Central Florida area. We provide Professional Coaches and Trainers for all youth including youth with intellectual developmental disabilities through the mastery of developing, and building character.
Our Mission is to embrace all youth and provide a venue in which this Educational and Mentoring program will teach, Self Esteem, Self-Respect, Etiquette, Grooming, Discipline, Time Management, Build Confidence and explore their inner creative skills in a Safe and Organized Atmosphere. In developing these basic values, one also achieves self-esteem and reach maximum potential and be productive citizens in our communities.
The creative arts engage children’s minds, bodies, and senses. The creative arts invite children to listen, observe, discuss, move, solve problems, and imagine using multiple modes of thought and self‐expression. This program provides ways for our youth to learn and use skills in other domains.
We believe these values to be necessary in meeting challenges and achieving one’s goals in life and to help build an inclusive and diverse community through all cultures.

Max Parker Jr. was born in Jacksonville Florida to the parents of Max and Ruby Parker. He Attended public schools in Duval County Florida, received a football scholarship to Savannah State College, graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and relocated to Tampa Florida. I am a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
In 1982, Max began a hobby as a Professional Boxing Referee in Tampa Florida. In 1983, Max joined the Tampa Police Department. In 2004, the State of Florida offered him a job to regulate boxing kickboxing and mixed martial arts. He retired with the city of Tampa as a Senior Detective and relocated to Tallahassee Florida with his wife Vonda and Family. In May of 2006 Max retired as the Assistant Director of the Florida State Boxing Commission.
In late June of 2006, a Law enforcement position came available in Leesburg, Florida as the Deputy Chief of Police. Max applied for the position and was successful to obtain that position of Deputy Chief of Police of Leesburg Florida.
In 2009, Max was one of the first individuals to be inducted in the inaugural Florida State Boxing Hall of Fame. In 2012, He retired as a world-class professional boxing referee.
March of 2013, Max completed the training for the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy 252, (FBINA 252), known as the West Point of Law Enforcement.
On January 16, 2017, Max retired as the Deputy Chief of Police of the Leesburg Florida Police Department.
Vonda and Max will continue to do community service in Leesburg, and they were proud to acquire a 501(c)3 organization by the name of VMax “For One Community”, Inc., in the summer 2017.
VMax is a vehicle to continue to do community service and give back to Leesburg, Lake County, and Central Florida, Max and Vonda enjoy devoting their time for these communities.

Vonda R. Parker is the wife of Founder Max Parker Jr. and in 2009 started her Event Planning business. Vonda is the Owner of Bella Faire an Event and Wedding Planning Company in Lake County Florida, she is a (IEWP) Certified International Event and Wedding Planner. Vonda Has over 20 years in Planning and Coordinating all types of Events with not just owning her own business but with her many years in Property Management and now her own Event and Wedding Planning Company. She has a Background in Marketing and Outreach, Working with all levels of budgets, Audits, Strategic Planning, Working with Government and Corporate entities, Designing and Layout of all types of Events and Mentoring our Youth.
Vonda implemented one of the first computer learning programs in a Low income housing project in the State of Florida while working in property management. She works very close and serves as a Board member on several Not for Profits in Leesburg and its surrounding areas. She has always had a passion for the underprivileged and working in the community with the youth and seniors.
Vonda Parker has also served as an advisory board member for SanFord – Brown College International Academy of Fashion Design.
